All orders valued under $100 will incur a $9.95 postage and packaging fee. For orders over $100, Villeroy & Boch provides FREE DELIVERY for all products featured on this website.
All delivery charges refer to one order and one delivery destination in Australia; multiple orders may not be combined. All orders are shipped from our partner's warehouse location in Prestons, NSW.
Orders on this site are accepted for delivery to addresses within Australia only. Orders from New Zealand cannot currently be fulfilled.

Full payment of your order will be taken at the time your order is processed. Items in stock will be delivered within 6-10 days of your order being placed. If your order is below $100 in value you will only be charged $9.95 for delivery, regardless of the number of deliveries we make to you to complete the order.
Our payments options include all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express), as well as PayPal.
You may return any item purchased from this online shop (in its original condition and including all the original packaging) within 28 days of delivery by first contacting our Customer Service team (see contact information below).
No refunds will be given for seasonal items such as Christmas or Easter purchased on sale if you have simply changed your mind.
Please quote your original order number and the reason you wish to return the item(s) in question. Please also confirm if you would like a replacement or refund. Delivery, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We will contact you with instructions on how to return goods.
Returns for refund are subject to approval by Villeroy & Boch and replacement/refunds will only be issued once the original goods have been received by Villeroy & Boch.
