Zutaten für ca. 15 Stück:

• 120 g gemahlene Mandeln
• 250 g Spekulatiuskekse
• 50 g weiche Butter
• 75 g Frischkäse
• Mark einer halben Vanilleschote
• Abrieb einer halben Orange
• 150 g dunkle Kuvertüre

Spekulatius -Mandel Cakepops

Zubereitung:

1. Butter und Frischkäse in einer Schüssel cremig rühren. Spekulatiuskekse zerkrümeln und mit Vanille, Orangenabrieb und Mandeln unter die Butter- Frischkäsemasse mengen. Aus der Masse 15 Bällchen formen und kühl stellen.

2. Kuvertüre schmelzen. Die Popcakes-Steaks auf einer Seite kurz in die Kuvertüre tauchen. Anschließend die Bällchen auf die vorgesehenen Steaks spießen. Die Bällchen in die restliche Kuvertüre tauchen und mit Schokoladendeko verzieren.

Tipp: Für besonders weihnachtliche Cake Pops in Tannenbaum-Optik, bringen Sie die Keksmasse einfach in Kegelform und dekorieren im Anschluss mit einer Kuvertüre bestehend aus weißer Schokolade vermengt grüner Lebensmittelfarbe.

• 120 g ground almonds
• 250 g spiced biscuits
• 50 g soft butter
• 75 g cream cheese
• seeds from ½ vanilla bean
• zest from ½ orange
• 150 g dark chocolate coating

Spiced almond biscuit cake pops

Preparation:

1. Beat the butter and cream cheese in a bowl until creamy. Crumble the spiced biscuits, add to the butter/fresh cream mixture with the vanilla, orange zest and almonds and stir. Form the mixture into 15 balls and leave to cool.

2. Melt the chocolate coating. Briefly dip one end of the cake pop sticks into the chocolate coating. Then insert the prepared sticks into the balls. Dip the balls into the rest of the chocolate coating and garnish with chocolate decoration.

Tip: For festive cake pops with a Christmas tree look, simply form the biscuit mixture into the shape of a cone and then decorate with white chocolate coating mixed with green food colouring.

• Grated orange peel from ½ orange
• 150 g dark chocolate coating

Spiced almond biscuit cake pops

Preparation:

1. Stir butter and cream cheese in a bowl until creamy. Crumble the spiced almond biscuits and add to the butter/cream cheese mixture together with the vanilla, grated orange peel and almonds. Form the dough mixture into 15 balls and leave to cool.

2. Melt the chocolate coating. Briefly dip one end of the cake pop sticks into the chocolate coating. Then stick the balls onto the prepared sticks. Dip the balls into the remaining chocolate coating and top with chocolate decoration.

Tip: For particularly festive cake pops in Christmas tree design simply form the dough mixture into the shape of cones and decorate with a white chocolate coating mixed with green food colourin.
